Warning: there is no advert on any slimming product or fitness regime in this post. I just want to share / provide alternative perspective on fighting with weight issues. I am not a person with the best body or the best weight. Believe me. Suphie's been having bad cough Went to pcmc last sunday and Dr Sahari said he could hear some wheezing. He prescribed like 3 minutes neb just to get her chest clear Although losing a bit of appetite she's still active Thnk u daddy for taking 2 days off to tag along with ummi to kuching for work and taking care of the kids in the hotel room Their timing was a bit off track because of the travel but they seemed happy throughout the stay Maybe they don't  mind traveling as long they have either ummi or daddy in front of them all the time And today I'm  missing my babies at work Mood: Let's go for more holidays

Was ready to go back home today but after further analysis, Dr Fauzi said it's not possible. I'm now getting the asthma symptoms. Tightness on chest.shortness of breath.dizziness. Walking for more than 3 minutes is not a simple task right now Shortness of breath is actually normal in pregnancy, but Dr Fauzi said that my lungs are still inflammed and the airways are tight. Some ppl get this after the lung infections are gone. So here I am.Day 4 in the hosp. But hey, there's a reason for everything. Thnk u Allah. May this make me closer to You.

I've got open pores, acne scars,oily zone on my face bulging tummy, flabby arms, big feet just to name a few so since I have all those imperfections stated above so of course I've got to get myself some beauty products. One of the brands that I got for myself was from bodyshop just few months ago, thinking I need to introduce myself with all natural green products. Hence I tried the compact powder,shampoo and hair serum. I love the shampoo and grape seed hair serum and I think the combination works just fine, but I don't like the compact powder as it caused my skin to be too dry. last week was a bad one for our lil baby I noticed there were some white patches in her mouth and lips on Wednesday but I thought it was milk residue or her lips just got dry since she was also teething baby on wednesday night when the evil white patches appeared ;( I hesitated to go to the clinic because she seems to be all fine when she's with me the only different thing was she's a bit crankier she had fever but still I thought it was because she's teething and then she was not eating and crying and everything just seems wrong and my dad suggested that I bring her to clinic because he suspected those white patches are the culprit so I took emergency leave on Thursday and brought her to a clinic nearby but I was not convinced with the doctor so I called PCMC to get their opinion the next thing i know, I was already on my way to PCMC bringing lil princess baby on thursday. on our way to PCMC. it was Monday night, after Maghrib when we noticed that Hannan's developing a fever so i put on her koolfever patch and hubs were trying to give her panadol syrup but the moment she tasted it she suddenly vomits everything that she had it was a lot. it can fill up a mini bucket some even went out from her nose and she was crying loud. sad. she looked as if she's in great pain ummi got panicked. ummi held her tight and cried too i didn't know what to do at that time except for bf her i just hope whatever she's feeling at that point of time would quickly go away and she would stop crying daddy looked calm i guess he was playing his calm role at that time at the clinic the nurse took her temperature - 38.5 high and the doctor did physical examination on her ear, throat, tummy, hands, feet, eyes-all seems to be ok so the doctor suggested that it may be caused by virus and should she shows any signs of flu or cough she should be brought to the clinic...

yesterday was my last follow up visit with Datuk Dr. Kuljit, ENT Specialist at Prince Court Alhamdulillah..finally my left ear is getting better..i guess the say-no-to-aircond-during-bedtime attitude and the hot weather for the past few weeks helped reduce the fungus activity.. of course I didn't tell that to my doctor.. it was only my layman logical explanation ^__^ baby and daddy accompanying patient while waiting for doc

Guess what happened? Huh? Hah? oohh.. hmmm... zzzzz..... hahah..nope..it has nothing to do with Hannan.. it's me.. since the stubborn fungus decided to reside happily in my left ear, Dr Kuljit (check out my handsome doc) suggested that I go through this 1 hour procedure where I need to go to the OT, put under sedation while doc do all the "cleaning" process. ( I'm telling you, this ear thing better take great care tau!) We arrived PCMC at 7 am and went back at 11.30 am after 2-hour observation in the day care Dr Kuljit reminded me to make sure that the ear to be super duper dry.. or.. welcome back yuckies!

What's with the ENT clinic? ermm.. Remember when i said that I didn't get my confinement massage?
