stress makes you fat
better believe this statement
I was all in good, stable mood the last 4 weeks
and people around me started saying that I look slimmer
I wasn't paying much attention to their compliments as i was eating a lot
really
A LOT
no restriction whatsoever
until one fine day when I put on my regular jeans and said to myself, hey, I did lose some inches!
but then, came the stressful week
my eating habit got interrupted
sometimes i would lost appetite
and sometimes I would eat much
and when I tried to get back to my usual eating regime
I noticed I'm gaining more
plus
i did read somewhere that stress actually blocks *something *something in your body which causes concentration of fat and hence, welcome cellulite!
all in all
based on my "scientific" findings
stress do make you gain more pounds
so ladies and gentleman
enjoy your life and learn how to manage your stress

Weeehuuuu...stress, pls go away. we people, especially woman do not need u in our life, because cellulite is not our friend.
