boss.

there are many types of bosses...

I'm thankful that my boss is such a wonderful one
Never raised his voice
Never got panick
Very understanding on situations like:
"boss, I'll be in a bit late because..." or
"boss,i need to take emergency leave today because..." or
"boss, can we go this meeting together because.." or
"boss, can i apply for leave tomorrow?" :)
and his answer is always a positive one :)
really cool kinda guy
sometimes i felt i was more panick than he was in some situations like
meeting datelines or
when he wants some detailed explanation on something or
when we are supposed to go to top level meeting etc etc
he really kept his composure
i really wonder where did he get that kind of strength

and when your boss and your boss's boss praises you
you really feel appreciated
and that's the way i feel today
although the boss's boss can totally turn the other way round


let me just remember today as motivation for me to do better in the future :)
