Dominos Malaysia
last sunday i called Dominos for pizza delivery
but the operator was rather quite rude!
so i e-mailed my complain at the Dominos website and the next day, someone from Dominos called and apologised and explained that the operator is a new recruit and they'll be sending him warning letter and re-training. the person who called also offered to send me a letter indicating how sorry they are for the incident and some vouchers but up till today..
TAKDE PUN!!!
it's not that i really want your vouchers or anything but at least cakap serupa bikin la.. huh!
