the messy weekend and me

I have so many things in my mind right now and did i tell you that i even have my own interior designer now? both at home and at work? I guess my house especially my room is too messy that the part time cleaner just couldn't help it but re-arrange some things and furnitures in my room one day I came back and saw this cupboard was suddenly at this side of the room while the other things are on the other side Yes, to that extend Even the cleaner at the office helped re-organising things on my drawer and work table I was back from a meeting and saw her just getting out from the room when she said " saya buang bunga kering atas meja dan lap ye?" which actually meant "Your room was a total shipwreck. I basically just throw things away" -___- anyway both Hannan and I were down with fever recently Her temperature rose to 38.4 degree and her face turned all red and she was a bit cranky crying here and there wanting Ummi and Daddy all the time poor baby ju...

not an ideal celebration

Dear Hannan We're sorry we didn't organise any party for your first birthday we were arguing  discussing about the ideal birthday celebration for you and we finally agreed that it had to be  just the three of us actually, what I had in mind was entirely different but due to time and budget constraint plus we had to see Dr. Sharmila on that same morning, we just had to make do with "family outing at Aquaria" but, that had to wait too because we spent few hours in the hosp and starving almost to death (that's just exaggerating) making so many rounds as we couldn't make way into Aquaria  so we re-routed to Kota Damansara area and we had our brunch at Pannaz yes, Pannaz. because that was the only non-packed restaurant at that almost lunch hour on working day (sorry dear!) and then we went to IKEA just to window shop and spend some more quality family time  and for the first time we managed to put you on the stroller for more than 5 minutes! (yeay!tha...

1 year!

according to the Hijri calendar, Hannan is already one year old She's developing well at her own pace..alhamdulillah At this stage she clearly understand that by showing expressions she'll get something she'll rengek-rengek to get someone to walk her around the house (her fav activity) or when she's hungry or sleepy she hasn't got her first tooth yet but she's already expert in crawling forward and climbing and rolling she can also play the music instrument (it can be anything from the real ones to plastic bottle or lip balm) to the tune she mimics whatever her daddy does every morning she would want to watch her videos when she saw daddy's galaxy tab loves remote and handphones and anything that she can turn on/off in the car and sooooo attached to her ummi and daddy she was crying loud and very sad when I was about to leave her just now I gave all her favorite things but all she wanted was to wrap her arms around my neck and grab my hand very...

Makan-makan: Chawan, Bangsar

Image
So we've been eyeing for this place but only managed to come here last week just before lil princess's class c.h.a.w.a.n order!order! the kopi specials (claimed) all day menu Hubby initially ordered for nasi lemak sambal sotong and ubi kayu rebus while I wanted to have nasi lemak ayam goreng rempah but were later told that they were out of order. It was only 10 am! gosh. so hubby had to settle for lontong + half boiled egg and myself roti bakaq. but hubby said the teh ais was superb. and I had to agree. I also liked the roti bakar. crispy and fluffy - almost similar to the ones we had in Jalan Hutton Penang ummi's, daddy's and hannan's lontong for daddy roti bakar with chicken curry for ummi. tak puas hati couldn't get his nasi lemak and ubi kayu rebus I like the overall menu But they need to improve their service (pronto pronto!) and cleanliness of the place especially around the basin area

Makan-makan: B's Cafe, Pullman Putrajaya

as I said before it's good when your hubs always feel he wants to eat something somewhere and this time, this particular lucky somewhere was at Pullman sorry for the late entry on our iftar but what the heck enjoy the pics the appetiser. the chicken satay was juicy hers his I honestly think the food were not up to a hotel standard my dish was supposed to be the recommended, signature dish of B's cafe but all I can remember was the overwhelming taste of cili boh and cheese hubby's dish, the grilled chicken came with lumpy mash potato and asparagus and other unidentified side dishes which hubby said was just okay one thing i liked about this place was the friendly, thoughtful staff who were trying to accommodate our sleeping princess as much as they could and i think this place is great if you wanna have a privacy dinner in putrajaya most importantly, we enjoyed our date that night
